Problems of Architectural and Planning Organization of Coastal Environment of Krasnodar

The historical and town-planning analysis of becoming and formation of the coastal environment of Krasnodar is carried out. The characteristic and structure of a geographical network of the city is noted. The concept of «coastal environment» is clarified and its role in the complex development of the territory within the boundaries of the element of the planning structure of Krasnodar is revealed. Particular attention is paid to the sustainable development of this environment when developing strategy and schemes of territorial planning, in the context of an integrated approach to coastal zones. The basic legal requirements and directions for improving the organization of the balance of natural resources management in these areas are outlined. The parameters of urban planning regulation in the current and new development of the coastal environment are described. Great importance is given to the protection of the environment, its restoration and regeneration. Recommendations on improvement of coastal territories taking into account ecological priorities are given.
