AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The problem of rationing the cost of operation of machines and mechanisms (EMM) for construction 3D-printer is considered. In general, the value of these costs depends on the annual fund of the printer operating time, its performance and the cost of one machine-hour of operation. The cost of one machine-hour contains the costs of depreciation, remuneration of workers-machinists, replacement of quickly wear parts and assemblies of machines, energy carriers, maintenance, relocation and installation of machines on the construction site. For each of the indicated elements of EMM costs, methodological approaches to the definition of their normative values are proposed and the corresponding calculation schemes are indicated. The results of the cost estimation for the operation of machines and mechanisms, performed on the example of domestic construction 3D-printers using the developed methodological approaches, are presented. It is revealed that to the greatest extent the cost of EMM per 1 m3 of concrete mix placed depends on the productivity of the printer, and in the structure of the cost of one machine-hour the maximum share is the cost of depreciation, determined as a percentage of the cost of the unit.
