AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The rise in prices in the country for building materials, forcing developers of cottages, country houses to consider various projects of private houses made of different materials, less expensive, but with sufficient strength, density, excellent thermal qualities, durability and other performance qualities. Aerated concrete is a building material that meets all building standards, and in private construction at the moment is the most popular. Indeed, there is no alternative to the material that makes it possible to get a stone house in which the walls have all the properties inherent in wood with an optimal thickness of the enclosing structures (500 mm). The technology of construction of such houses makes it possible to do without the use of lifting mechanisms. The presented work gives practical recommendations on reinforcing the masonry, construction of monolithic reinforced concrete belt in the house, bearing of slabs on walls, construction of foundations with due regard for the ground base, in particular, shallow slabs. Protective and finishing options take into account the architecture without breaking the vapor permeability of the walls. Country house with aerated concrete fence is comfortable, reliable and durable.
