AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
Energy saving, creating of indoor comfortable conditions and enabling the habitat conservation are the basis of design solutions implemented in modern construction. Of no less important aspects of the realization of these principles are the use of effective materials, materials that do not create additional loads on the environment and innovative techniques of installation of these materials. Products made of polyethylene foam have low thermal conductivity, steam and water impermeability, good wind protection, which makes it possible to classify them as effective insulation materials. Products based on polyethylene foam are used in the insulation systems of residential buildings and outbuildings in all climatic regions of Russia: system solutions have been developed and approbated and as well as are in operation for the Arctic territories.
