AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The problem of design and construction of residential houses of industrial housing construction in the Republic of Belarus meeting modern requirements, experience in modernization of industrial housing construction base, its re-equipment to flexible technologies making it possible to produce a wide range of reinforced concrete products for homes of different comfort levels, as well as for industrial facilities and social and cultural facilities are considered. Large-panel houses with an «incomplete» frame, with a prefabricated frame, with longitudinal bearing walls, with hollow core floor slabs of formwork-free molding are presented. It is shown that the prefabricated concrete frame is the structural system with the least concrete consuming – 0.35 m3/m2. The comparative characteristics of experimental energy-efficient residential buildings, which implemented technical solutions for the use of renewable energy sources in heating, ventilation and hot water supply systems, are presented. Specific heat consumption for heating in them amounted to 15.5–23.2 kW.h/m2, the total annual energy consumption and hot water supply amounted to 438–728 MW.h/year, which is 30–40% less than the standard.
