AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The issues of identification of territories of Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Okrugs (TiNAO) in which borders the considerable volume of input of housing stock is carried out or planned are considered. It is noted that the territories of mass housing construction should be provided with the necessary volumes of social infrastructure. In this regard, the comprehensive identification of these areas is an important urban planning task. At the moment for Troitsky and Novomoskovsky Administrative Okrugs, an approved grid of building blocks that reflect the boundaries of the existing elements of the planning structure is not developed. Within the boundaries of TiNAO, significant volumes of commissioning of individual residential houses are planned, during the construction of which the territory planning projects defining the boundaries of the elements of the planning structure are not developed. The author proposes a method of identifying areas of mass housing construction on the territory of TiNAO – development areas. Volumes of input of apartment and individual houses are analyzed.
