AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The technology of manufacturing wall panels in a permanent formwork, on the construction site, with their further rise to the design position is proposed. The technology was developed for individual houses. The article describes the first experience of its use in the Leninsky District of the Moscow Region. After the foundation and floor construction, the permanent formwork in the form of a thin-walled bent channel with a height of 160 mm and a wall of 4 mm was installed along the outer walls. Reinforcement mesh was laid in this channel and reinforcement strengthening around window and door openings of the wall was implemented. Mesh of 200х200х5 mm was used, and for strengthening of the structure – rebar A-IV, 10–12 mm. After pouring and setting the concrete, the wall was raised with the help of jacks on special guide rails and temporarily fixed. In process of installation of all enclosing walls, they rigidly connected among themselves. Two people worked at the construction site. The total time of construction of the above-ground part was 3 months. On the basis of the work carried out, it was concluded that the technology has a practical application, but requires more detailed elaboration of the panel design and the development of a safe lifting mechanism.
