AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The article deals with the planning of natural and anthropogenic territorial complexes (NATC). The results of studies of the state of NATC in Moscow, which made it possible to identify the negative factors impeding their sustainable development, are presented. The influence of recreational load on NATC, its dependence on planning structure of the city is considered, expediency of development of maps of functional zoning and distribution of recreational load with due regard for the recreational capacity of territories is shown. A necessary condition for the adoption of land use and development rules to regulate the population density in the border natural areas is the development of territorial zoning schemes for the level of recreational load and the development of urban planning regulations for the use of land plots and objects of real estate or site improvement. To assess the degree of anthropogenic impacts, the concept of ecological capacity is used, which corresponds to the limit values of anthropogenic loads established on the basis of field observations.
