AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The article deals with the principle of construction of buildings using a 3D-printer, which applies concrete mixture layer by layer along the programmed contour of the building structure by extrusion. Thus, the building structures are made. The analysis of existing technologies of «printing» of buildings is made, advantages and disadvantages of this technology are considered, classification of construction technologies of buildings by means of 3D-printers is given. It is shown that at present there are many questions concerning the technology of construction of buildings, such as the absence of regulatory framework and qualified specialists; the complexity of the selection of concrete compositions and high cost; the complexity of «printing» of horizontal structures (slabs, etc.) in the design position; special requirements for the construction site; lack of a clear method of structures reinforcement; limited «printing» area and special conditions to ensure normal operation of the construction 3D-printer; difficulties of 3D-printer operation at negative temperature; difficulties of printer transporting and settings; significant cost of 3D-printer and its repair; the need to dispose of concrete mix residues after washing the 3D-printer system; commitment of construction organizations to traditional construction technologies.
