AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The relevance of the topic of the article is determined by the need to preserve, modern use and development of the unique cultural and landscape complex «Svetloyar lake and the village of Vladimirskoye». Its public, historical, cultural and spiritual value is extremely high not only for the Nizhny Novgorod region, but also for Russia as a whole. The great tourist potential of the place, its investment attractiveness along with positive processes provoke negative phenomena, among them – active and almost uncontrolled construction of modern residential buildings, the architecture of which is in discord with the historically developed buildings, thereby destroying the integrity of the architectural and landscape environment and the «spirit of the place». One of the ways to solve this problem – provided by the Law of the Russian Federation «On objects of cultural heritage» (No. 73-FZ) the possibility of developing standard architectural solutions of capital construction projects, including individual houses, for specific historical settlements or heritage sites. Consideration of the world and Russian experience of successfully developing cultural and landscape complexes confirmed that modern contextual construction, focused on the traditional architecture for this place, promotes both self-identification of the population and attracting additional economic resources to the local budget through the development of domestic and inbound tourism. The article reveals the design features of a series of individual houses, which have a traditional architectural appearance for the village of Vladimirskoye and at the same time meet modern building standards and comfort requirements.
