Рассмотрена проблема энергоэффективности зданий в жарком резко континентальном климате Узбекистана, где значительная доля энергопотребления приходится на системы кондиционирования воздуха. На основе анализа существующих решений по теплоизоляции фасадов выделены наиболее распространенные фасадные системы, применяемые в странах СНГ, и сформулированы ограничения действующей нормативной базы, ориентированной преимущественно на холодные периоды года. Для оценки влияния типа теплоизоляции на фактическое энергопотребление разработан и реализован натурный эксперимент с тремя вариантами СФТК: с экструзионным пенополистиролом, с минеральной ватой и без утеплителя. Подбор эквивалентных конструкций выполнен в соответствии с требованиями СП 50.13330.2024 и климатическими данными региона. Представлена методика сопоставления расчетной и фактической энергоэффективности фасадов по результатам длительных наблюдений, а также сформулированы гипотезы о влиянии неучтенных параметров конструкции (динамика влажности, тепловая инерция, солнечная радиация) на общие энергозатраты зданий в жарком климате.
