AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The typical mistakes made when repairing buildings operated under the conditions of monsoonal climate of the South of the Far East are considered. The features of monsoonal climate distinguishing the South of the Far East from the central and western regions of Russia are given. It is the «reverse motion» of relative humidity which is manifested in the maximum humidity of external air in the summer and minimum during the winter period, plentiful rains and typhoons during the summer period accompanied with the strongest wind and also the high solar radiation in the winter exceeding the solar radiation by 3–4 times for the same period in Tashkent. The concrete examples of unsuccessful repairs of buildings in Primorsky Krai connected with the incorrect choice of construction materials and methods of works when repairing facades, warming external enclosing structures, repairing joints of panel walls and rolled roofs are given. The influence of the combination of adverse climatic factors of the monsoonal climate on the appearence of defects when plastering, coloring and facing facades of buildings madeof ceramic and silicate brick with tiled materials, insulating external walls and roofs with mineral wool plates is shown. The brief recommendations making it possible to avoid the appearance of defects are made.
