AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
An important task of the theory of reliability of complex technical systems is to determine the optimal values of the basic parameters responsible for the performance of the specified functions of the system, with the maximum duration of its effective operation. A residential building, like any other complex system, can also be analyzed in terms of reliability of operation. Herewith, it is necessary to take into account that any building has a complex multicomponent structure consisting of a variety of multi-strength and multi-durable elements. Thus, the assessment of the reliability of a residential building is a complex problem, the solution of which is based mainly on probabilistic approaches. The article presents the results of studies of the possibility of using structural and functional simulation with due regard for the postulates of the logical-probabilistic method of system analysis to assess the reliability of a residential building as a complex technical system. As separate elements of the system (a building), performing certain functions and having reliability indicators, such components as the foundation, the load-bearing frame, enclosing structures, engineering and technical systems, etc. are allocated. In general, the proposed method of modeling with the use of element-by-element structuring of the structural system of a residential building makes it possible to assess the impact of each element on the reliability indicators, as well as to determine the directions of their optimization. Herewith, it is important to take into account the need to identify and take into account in further studies the correlation of dependent structural elements of the building system, which will make it possible to more accurately describe the features of the functioning of the building (including the periods of failure of its structural elements) and predict the life of its operation.
