The results of multi-variant numerical studies of the effect of installing the cut-off screen, made by jet cementation technology, on the settling of buildings in a zone of influence of deep ditches in sand of average size and average density, loams and clays with a consistency of not less than semi-solid and weak soils: water-saturated dusty loose sands and clays (from soft plastic to fluid) are presented. Calculations were performed in the program Plaxis 2D V8 in a flat setting using a hardening soil model. The influence of installation of cut-off screens on the value of acceleration on the surface of the ditch sheeting in weak water-saturated clay soils characteristic for Vietnam under seismic effects is considered.
