AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The article shows the relevance of the design and construction of multifunctional buildings and complexes. Examples of multi-purpose transformable premises are given. The main types of transformation of premises - reconstruction, universal use, transformation of structural elements – are characterized. The author’s developments of design-projects using elements of transformation are presented. The main directions and methods of transformation of complexes for thematic leisure of youth (CTLY) are revealed: buildings using the principle of transformation of the hall type in each case may vary depending on the functional purpose; modification of the CTLY space is possible on the basis of mobile structures that can quickly transform the elements of the planning structure of the complexes; transformation techniques for design and planning solutions, due to changing the interior and lighting, are often used in the design of CTLY.
