The numerical analysis using the program of calculation of three-dimensional temperature fields of three variants of external walls, with ventilated façade, with three layer panels on discrete links, with façade reinforced concrete panels, is carried out. The estimated cost of structures with an equivalent value of the reduced resistance to heat transfer is determined. On the basis of the data obtained, it is shown that the wall erected with the use of a facade hinged panel with any of the selected options for interior decoration is the most profitable at the estimated cost and cost of materials. A three-layer panel of full factory prefabrication provides the lowest labor intensity of construction and installation works. The most labor-intensive option is a wall with a ventilated facade, on the installation of which labor inputs by 60% more than when constructing the wall with the use of reinforced concrete facade panels. Walls with ventilated facade and with facade reinforced concrete panel are applicable when constructing buildings with monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Calculations have shown the effectiveness of the wall structure with the use of reinforced concrete facade panels.
